A: If ship from China factory, it will take 5-7 working days after payment confirmation. If you choose model in USA/EU local warehouse, only 5-7days you can receive.

A: 30% deposit first to start production, the balance should be paid before shipment by L/C, T/T, Wire Transfer ,Paypal or Credit card. 

Q4: What is your MOQ? 
A: The MOQ is One, but if you want OEM customization, MOQ is 5-10units. 

Q5: How does your factory do in terms of quality control? 
A: Quality comes first. Each product will be fully assembled and carefully tested ride before shipment. 

Q6: Will you deliver the correct items as ordered? How can I trust you?

Q8: What are your warranty terms? 
A: Regarding the after sales warranty, The warranty period of scooter battery , controller, motor and charger is 6 months after the day of receipt. 
If these parts are naturally defective due to its own quality reason,( We are not responsible for the following situation,

2. violent use/damage in purpose 
3. traffic accidents,natural disasters, war damaged 
4. water damage/soaking in water 
5. warranty period passed 
 If these three parts are naturally damaged Within 30days,we will send you a complete new replacement part for free,no shipping fee charged. After 30days-6months period, you only need to pay for the shipping.

Q9:what is the difference between 8000watt to 15000watt? is it faster?  
A: The top speed of the 8000watt and 15000watt is pretty the same, but the 15000watt motor has more torque output.and has faster startup.
 
Q10:what is the difference between 30ah or 50ah?  
A: Ah means battery capacity, the bigger the number is, the bigger battery it is, bigger ah battery will have longer range, you can choose the right battery size based on your needs. 

Q11:Can i add a trunk box as you guys have shown on the detail page?  
A:(M5,R7,R8,G14) sure, you can buy the whole set, the fancy seat base that can carry the trunk box, the price of this whole set is 100usd. 

Q12:Can i pay monthly?  
A:sure,but we only arrange shipment when full payment collected.
